The Instructor

My name is John Scott Stevens. I am an RKC certified Kettlebell Instructor offering both group and private Kettlebell training in Omaha, NE.

Some of the benefits I have experienced personally from Kettlebell training include
  • Renewed interest and motivation regarding strength, flexibility and endurance training.
  • Lower resting heart rate.
  • Weight loss & Improved Body Composition.
  • Greatly Improved Strength.
  • Increased flexibility and range of motion.
  • Rehabbed a chronically sprained ankle.
  • Dramatically enhanced cardio and endurance.
  • Increased energy levels and improved mood.

I have been a lifelong student of martial arts and a martial arts instructor for many years. In recent years I’ve successfully guided many of my students to both national and even international medals. The skills I've acquired as a teacher of a movement based art, my experience as a martial arts practitioner, instructor and coach make me uniquely qualified to teach the RKC system of Kettlebell which borrows heavily from the principles of hard-style martial arts practices.

As an RKC Kettlebell Instructor I take seriously my obligation to practice what I preach, continually improving my own strength, technique, teaching skills and knowledge on all things related to Kettlebell training. I do not pretend to be stronger than those I teach, only stronger that I was the day before. I simply wish to share with you the techniques and strategies that make the RKC system of Kettlebell training the most superior of its kind.

As your Kettlebell instructor I promise to share with you everything I have learned, have the integrity to admit when I do not know the answer and the responsibility to expand my knowledge in weak areas.

Respectfully,
John Scott Stevens, RKC
